DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us" or "our" refers to 777 Casino and includes our officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns.
APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by us to consumers in the Republic of Ireland and come into effect when you first use our services. By continuing to use our services after this period, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
USE OF SERVICES
You must only use our services for personal purposes, not for business or commercial activities. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Ireland, including the Consumer Protection Act 2007 and the Unfair Contracts Regulations 2010.
PAYMENT TERMS
Prices charged by us are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate applicable in Ireland from time to time. We accept payment in euros (€). You must make all payments on time, failing which we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate equal to the average annual percentage yield of a standard current account held with an Irish bank.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services is limited to €100,000. We will not be liable for indirect losses (such as loss of profit) or consequential losses. In no event shall we be liable for punitive damages.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in and relating to the 777 Casino website, content and services are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer or otherwise use any of these materials except as permitted under Irish law.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the changed terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law, including the European Communities (Unfair Commercial Practices) Regulations 2005. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
BREACH
If you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, we may terminate your use of our services immediately without notice.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the use of our services by consumers in Ireland.
